Invitation to publish in the XXX issue of the PCACD Journal

Polish Chitin Society was established in 1993, and since that time, it has supported knowledge exchange among scientists engaged in chitin/chitosan research.

Since the beginning of its activity, PChS has edited a journal „Progress on Chemistry and Application of Chitin and its Derivatives” (PCACD) as an annual (published in September). All issues of the journal are available in open-access at our website. The journal is indexed by SCOPUS, CAS, DOI, EBSCO, and WoS (Emerging Sources Citation Index) and has an IF 0,8.

I would like to encourage you to submit papers in PCACD (free of charge). Regular papers, reviews, and preliminary investigations are welcome.

The deadline for submitting for the XXIX volume (2024) is 16 March 2025
